Responsibilities:
Develop a team of Financial Advisors through recruitment and sales management.
Lead and monitor Financial Advisors.
Meet the key performance indicators specified by the company, including production, recruitment, and persistence.
Coordinate with Agency Training and Development for developmental programs.
Implement and promote sales drives and campaigns in coordination with Agency Development.
